Strategy & Policy
Strategy and policy work is both explicit and implicit in much of our work. We particularly specialise in policy and strategy development in: Clients have ranged from local authorities to regional and national agencies and bodies. We also like to take our strategy work onwards to the implementation or 'making it happen' phase which will often involve funding, resourcing, and management initiatives to make the strategy real.

Production of ‘Measuring the X Factor’, a report outlining the added social and economic value the arts bring to the region to inform regional agency policy development.
London East Learning & Skills Council
Production of ‘Delivering What The Sector Wants’, a creative industries strategy for Thames Gateway during the transition from TECs to LSCs.
Penwith District Council
For this West Cornwall local authority we have produce an ICT Strategy and a Creative Industries Strategy, Creative Edge.
