Project Management & Championing
We have experience of project management with budgets in excess of £2m and act as project champions for new developments on behalf of clients to drive ideas and initiatives forward.
We undertake feasibility studies into capital developments and project delivery programmes and take projects through all stages from conception to implementation. This will often involve funding and bid development.
We develop long term funding strategies to enable organisations to secure new resources through a variety of sources such as trusts and foundations, regeneration schemes, rural development programmes, European funding, etc. In the last two years we have been instrumental in attracting over £10 million pounds worth of inward investment to our projects.
