Cornwall Arts Marketing (1999 - 2006)
We have worked over a number of years with Arts Centre Trust to develop Cornwall Arts Marketing. Perfect Moment have recently written a bid to fund a stage three project providing marketing support to the creative industries and the heritage sector.
Creative Skills (1998 -2005)
Perfect Moment have worked since 1998 as project consultants developing the capacity of the organisation. The project is now the leading one of its kind in the UK with strong links with Truro College (F.E.) and Dartington College (H.E.). It is a sector led initiative delivering annually, to 300 practitioners, a range of training and support services
Mount Hawke Skate Park (1999 - 2006)
Perfect Moment have supplied a range of organisational development serivces over a number of years to the UK's foremost Skate Park. This included funding and project development for a £1 million pre-vocational training centre widely praised by the then arts minister Estelle Morris on a visit in 2004.
Various (2000 - >)
Over the past 10 years we have worked with more than 100 organisations in the creative and community sectors to assist them with organisational development. These activities include capacity building, board development, human resources work, training etc. Organisations include IndepenDance (a London Dance Agency) and Raw Material (a youth focused music project in Brixton) plus 30 arts organisations in Lambeth and Southwark that we worked with as part of the capacity building phase of the Bankside Arts Training Trust.
