Our track record over 15 years of working practice is excellent, particularly in the amount of creative project ideas, strategic direction, and level of inward investment we have brought to our clients - around £21 million in the last 10 years.
Business Development Services
Perfect Moment offers specialist development services covering all key areas such as business strategies and business plans. The recession has led to us undertaking and developing a whole raft of resilience services.
The collection, management and analysis of data via our evaluation and research services has led to us developing a whole strand of business intelligence where we can help organisations see if the use of data is truly adding value or hindering progress. This also feeds into our work on marketing strategies and marketing plans.
Over the past 10 years we have worked with more than 100 organisations in the creative and community sectors to assist them with organisational development. These activities include capacity building, board development, human resources work, training etc.
Strategy and policy work is both explicit and implicit in much of our work. Clients have ranged from local authorities to regional and national agencies and bodies. We also like to take our strategy work onwards to the implementation or 'making it happen' phase which will often involve funding, resourcing, and management initiatives to make the strategy real.
Project & Programme Development Services
We particularly thrive on project development and can act as project champions. We have experience of project management with budgets in excess of £2m and act as project champions for new developments on behalf of clients to drive ideas and initiatives forward. We undertake feasibility studies into capital developments and project delivery programmes and take projects through all stages from conception to implementation. This will often involve funding and bid development.
We develop long term funding strategies to enable organisations to secure new resources through a variety of sources such as trusts and foundations, regeneration schemes, rural development programmes, European funding, etc.
