Development work

Perfect Moment is always carrying out development work on a range of short to long term projects. Below is a sample of projects we have been working on recently:

Education

Hall for Cornwall have appointed Perfect Moment to assist them with the development of a new and ambitious education strategy.  This strategy forms an important part of the Hall for Cornwall’s current work to make itself even more accessible to all in Cornwall.  The strategy will recognise the Hall for Cornwall’s responsibilities as the largest National Portfolio Organisation in Cornwall and will provide the basis for strong working partnerships with other relevant education organisations.

Business Development

We are continuing to work with AoC Create, the commercial wing of the Association of Colleges (the national FE body) helping them on a numbre of business areas. Latest development concerns market research for their Interim Management service.

Perfect Moment won the commission to develop a new business model for this Kernow Education Arts Partnership who have recently lost their Arts Council Strategic funding.  We are working with staff and trustees to develop a new, more entrepreneurial, model including the development of a brand new service The Story Republic – a multi media approach to stimulating creative writing which will appeal to schools and to Cornwall’s tourist market!

Developing Capital Projects

We are working on early stage capital development work for Brighton Dome, one of the foremost Heritage sites in the South East. It comprises three major arts venues and is home to the internationally renowned Brighton Festival.

We are also still progressing with the business planning stage for Krowji - Cornwall's flagship creative industries business centre in Redruth.

Evaluation & Research

Perfect Moment are in the final stages of our evaluation support for the Eden Project's ground breaking Green Foundation project which has supported over 300 Cornish businesses to improve their knowledge of Sustainability and the Low Carbon economy.
